In an exclusive interview with the President of the Iraqi Academic Youth Association, Aalaa Al-Memar speaks on the activities of IAYA and her journey as an Iraqi woman working in the United Kingdom. The President of IAYA mentions that personal development is key when it comes to reaching a great position in the work field as a woman.
IAYA was found in order to shed a light on the Iraqi youth living in the United Kingdom, due to the lack of representation. Also, it is a place where Iraqi people can receive advice and support.
Aalaa Al-Memar is another Iraqi woman who found her place in London and built a successful association helping the Iraqi youth.
