Turkish Airlines announces that flights to Sulaymaniyah, northern Iraq, will resume after a two year break. In the heart of Iraq’s Kurdish region, Sulaymaniyah, known for its mountain views, can once again welcome tourists from Istanbul on the updated Turkish Airlines service, every Monday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday.
The relaunch expands Turkish Airlines’ Iraqi network to six destinations, strengthening ties between Türkiye and Iraq, and broadening Türkiye’s global reach.
