The Iraqi Oil Pipeline Company has signed a strategic partnership with Broguin Ltd. to expand technical and investment cooperation, implement strategic projects, and provide engineering and technical services for the oil sector.
The agreement aims to carry out projects using globally approved contractual methods, ensuring flexibility in performance and optimising technical and economic outcomes.
Company General Manager Ali Abdulkarim Al-Musawi said the partnership supports the Ministry of Petroleum’s plans to improve the efficiency and sustainability of Iraq’s oil transport system. It also strengthens the company’s infrastructure and enhances its capacity to deliver vital strategic projects.
