The General Company of Iraqi Airways has announced its operational performance for September 2025, revealing that the national carrier operated 1,917 scheduled flights, transporting a total of 271,075 passengers across domestic, regional, and international destinations.
Engineer Monaf Abdul Moneim, General Manager of Iraqi Airways, stated that these results stem from carefully designed operational plans overseen by the Minister of Transport, Mr. Razzaq Muhaibis Al-Saadawi, aimed at meeting the growing demand for air travel.
He further affirmed that the airline is continuing to implement a series of development and modernisation programmes, including upgrading its fleet, enhancing passenger services, and expanding its destination network.
