Iraq and Italy Boost Cultural and Commercial Cooperation

The Iraqi Fashion House recently welcomed an Italian delegation from the United Industrial Development Organisation (UNIDO), alongside representatives from several Italian companies and members of UNIDO’s Iraq office. 

Their visit, which comes as part of a collaborative initiative to deepen cultural and commercial ties between Iraq and Italy featured a tour of the institution, and the museum’s exhibits as well as a showcase of designs by the Fashion House’s designers in the Al-Wasiti Hall in Baghdad. 

The Italian delegation expressed their interest in establishing future cooperation programmes that encourage knowledge exchange and support local artistic talents.
