Iraq’s Deputy Prime Minister for Energy Affairs and Minister of Oil, Hayan Abdul Ghani Al-Sawad, met today with the Indonesian Ambassador to Baghdad, Didik Eko Pujianto, accompanied by a delegation from the Indonesian oil and gas company MedcoEnergi.
The delegation included the company’s Chairman, Hilmi Panigoro, and Ahmed Saif Al-Din, MedcoEnergi’s Regional Director in Oman.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed bilateral cooperation in the fields of oil, gas, and energy, exploring opportunities to strengthen ties between the two friendly nations. The talks reflected shared interests in developing partnerships and enhancing collaboration within the regional energy sector.
