Saudi low-cost carrier Flynas has announced a new daily direct flight from Medina to Baghdad, starting on 6 December 2025.
The airline already operates direct flights between Dammam and Najaf with four weekly services, and between Jeddah and Baghdad with one daily flight.
Flynas was the first Saudi airline to resume services between Saudi Arabia and Iraq in 2017, ending a 27-year suspension and re-establishing air travel links between the two countries.
The new Medina–Baghdad route expands connectivity for both business and leisure travellers, strengthening ties between Iraq and Saudi Arabia while offering more convenient travel options for passengers across the region.
