Following the success of the Arab Ministerial Council for Tourism last year, with the selection of Baghdad as the Arab Capital of Tourism for 2025, meetings of the Arab Ministerial Council for Tourism have opened in Baghdad.
The 28th session of the Council was introduced by Prime Minister Al-Sudani, who highlighted that Baghdad, with its rich cultural history and renewed present is opening its doors, in order to strengthen joint Arab cooperation in the growing tourism sector.
As the tourism sector continues to advance, it opens up broad job opportunities, particularly for young people who are setting up the foundations for the future of their countries.
During their discussions, PM Al-Sudani expressed his gratitude to the representatives from various Arab countries, present at the session, who contributed to the selection of Baghdad as the Arab Tourism Capital 2025.
The concluding message was that the reach of the Baghdad meeting went beyond a ministerial event, but rather it was a key milestone in the course of joint Arab action, built on a future of integration and cooperation.
