An increase in complaints is evident for mobile phone services in Iraq during the year of 2023. Dr. Ali Al-Moayad, the Head of Communications and Media Commissions (CMC), addressed the issue and revealed that they will put in place high-quality mobile services that meet international standards as well as paying strong attention to each of the complaints. Dr. Al-Moayad added that they were able to resolve 11,000 cases out of 16,000 complaints.
