Iraq’s Baghdad International Airport marked the launch of the first direct Oman Air flight to Copenhagen, Denmark, under the patronage of Transport Minister Razzak Muhaibis Al-Saadawi and in the presence of the Omani Ambassador in Baghdad.
The inaugural flight represents Iraq’s first direct air link to Europe, opening new opportunities for trade, tourism, and cultural exchange. Officials highlighted the route as a strategic step to strengthen Iraq’s international connectivity and foster closer relations with Europe.
